Steps to Install the Package

To start with the installation, process the user will be provided the link to install the app in Salesforce environment of theirs.

Use this URL to install the package into any organization:
https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t5i0000001wAI
Note: If you are installing into a sandbox organization you must replace the initial portion of the URL with
https://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t5i0000001wAI

Steps to Install the Package:

  • By Default, Gupshup application link will redirect the user to Salesforce login page.

  • Once Salesforce Login Page opens, user needs to enter his/her Salesforce credentials of the Salesforce org in which this application needs to be installed.

  • User needs to select the “Install for all Users” to grant the access for the “Gupshup CRM Application” to all the users in the org and needs to mark the checkbox to grant access to the application and click on install

  • In “Approve Third-Party Access” popup, please confirm the remote site setting by enabling check boxes which the application will use to communicate with Gupshup API.

Note: If the third-party access grant checkbox is not checked, the user will not be able to install the package. To install the package, the user must grant access permission to the Gupshup API.

After clicking on continue, the package can take up to 15-30 minutes (approximately) to install.
