Account Settings
You can view and edit your account details in this section. This section allows you to edit your personal details, recharge account, view transaction history, change enterprise account password and configure advanced SMS settings.
Accessing settings section
- Click on the account number on the top right hand corner of the home page.
- On Settings page click on the required tab to amend details. The Settings section enables you to perform the following tasks:
- View/ edit personal details
- Change account password
- SMS Settings
- GSTIN Details
- Email Settings
Editing personal details
This section allows you to edit details like mobile number, email id, mailing address and any other additional information.
You also have an option of recharging your enterprise account using available product types. For editing details like account name, company name, industry type, get in touch with GupShup support team at 02242006799 or mail [email protected].
To edit personal details:
- Click on the account number on the top right hand corner of the home page.
- In the Personal Details section, click Edit to update the details.
Recharge account to be removed as the same is not available anymore under settings.
Viewing transaction history to be removed as the same is not available anymore under settings.
Changing account password
This section allows you to change your account password.
To change account password:
- Click Change Password tab.
- Enter the current password and then enter the new password.
- Enter the current password and then enter the new password. In case you have forgotten your password, send an e-mail to GupShup at [email protected] with user ID and contact number. The support executive will call you and generate a new password after a simple verification process.
