SMS Delivery Summary

This section shows a consolidated delivery summary of text and voice messages sent. You can view this data in a pie or grid view. It is divided into following parameters:

• Not sent to operator: Number of messages not sent to operator. For e.g. Messages canceled after being requested
• Message in Queue: Number of messages which are waiting in the system to be sent out.
• Delivered: Number of messages delivered.
• Failed: Number of failed messages.
• Reports pending: Number of delivery reports pending for messages sent.
