Wait for Event

Node to wait for user expression or time-based events. This node holds the conversation for a particular duration (max of 24 hours) to receive the event. There is a custom timeout or a time interval that can be set to this node.

When to use

Wait for the event is used to wait for an event which can be a user message-based or time-based event. The chatbot holds the conversation for the time set in the event.
By default, the timeout for time-based events is 3 hours and for time-based messages, it is 30 minutes.
