User Replies and Callbacks
All user replies in the form of text messages or events in the form of button clicks or message notifications(sent, delivered, read receipts) will be forwarded to the callback URL you provide during agent onboarding.
Opt-out Management and Revoke Opt-out feature
Every RBM Agent must provide the end-user an option to opt-out of receiving further communications by sending specific keyword(s), such as STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE etc..
Opt In - Users can subsequently cancel/revoke this opt-out by sending another keyword, such as START or SUBSCRIBE so that they can start getting messages from the Agent again.
Gupshup RBM platform supports the keyword ‘STOP’ by default. If you want to configure additional keywords or update the opt-out message sent to the user, please provide them in the onboarding form.
