#1 Template Messaging

Considering the example of Candidates module.

• Go to the Candidates module
• Open a candidate record
• Click on the WhatsApp Message Button

1. WhatsApp Messaging Screen Will Pop – Up
   1. Table shows the list of approved templates. Currently we support following message templates types:
      1. Text Messages
      2. Images Messages
      3. Hyperlink Messages
      4. Document Messages
      5. Video messages
      6. Header and Footer messages
      7. Action messages - Quick reply, call

2. Filter the templates by categories, search for the template and select the desired one. Select the destination and fill in all the necessary details and click on “Send“.
