Bots are unable to communicate with customers. Customers must begin a conversation before chatbots may reply. This is regarded as an automatic opt-in for clients to receive communications via Telegram.
Bots may view public names, usernames, and profile images, as well as any communications given to them by the end user. Bots cannot view end users' phone numbers and cannot obtain their last-seen statuses.
