Before getting started, make sure you are familiar with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Telegram.

Bots are unable to communicate with customers. Customers must begin a conversation before chatbots may reply. This is regarded as an automatic opt-in for clients to receive communications via Telegram.

Bots may view public names, usernames, and profile images, as well as any communications given to them by the end user. Bots cannot view end users' phone numbers and cannot obtain their last-seen statuses.

While sending promotional information over Telegram is permissible, make sure you follow the Terms of Service and Privacy regulations, which can be found in the Before Getting Started part of these papers.
