Prerequisites

Before starting with RCS the below steps needs to be followed:

Onboarding Form: The agent needs to fill out the Onboarding Form shared by Gupshup Team with the required information.
Username & password. If you don’t have an account you can create one at https://enterprise.smsgupshup.com
URL encoding of your message, password etc.
You need to furnish the details for the campaign that you want to run. You need to decide one of the three template types (as discussed in the next section) to run the campaign.
You need to contact your, salesperson, for the “Onboarding Form”.
