Find out the type of Gupshup Account you are using and get required values for configuration

At Gupshup, we onboard our clients on 3 kinds of Accounts, based on their needs and use-cases. They are:

  1. Console Self-Serve
  2. Self-Serve
  3. Enterprise / Console Enterprise

Let's figure out the kind of Gupshup Account you are using and move forward.

1. Console Self-Serve

If you your account is created on https://console.gupshup.io/unified/dashboard and you are familiar with the dashboard shown below, you are using the Gupshup Console Self-Serve account. You need to choose the "Self-Serve" tab when configuring your integration.

2. Self-Serve

If you have created your account on https://www.gupshup.io/whatsapp/dashboard and you are familiar with the dashboard shown below, you are using the Gupshup Self-Serve account. You need to choose the "Self-Serve" tab when configuring your integration.

3. Enterprise / Console Enterprise

If you are not familiar with any of the above interface, you are probably using an Enterprise account. You need to choose the "Enterprise" tab when configuring your integration.
