What happens in OBD

In OBD a data set in the form of phonebook numbers is uploaded in the system which is provided by the client. A sound file is uploaded to the system via IVR or Sound Upload file API and the customized messages is all set to reach the customers at once.

How it is done

A campaign is set via campaign API in which we have certain mandatory fields like start date, K number and so forth. The voice message is scheduled and is released on the scheduled time. In the meantime the customer can change the campaign, pause the campaign, update the campaign and restart the campaign via Update campaign API. If the client wants to rerun the same campaign again the user has to use the add class to campaign API where the order ID needs to be filled and the number are required to restart the campaign with the parameters.
