RCS Message Elements
RCS Messaging Dimension which needs to be followed while sending a message:

| Suggested actions | Suggested actions have a maximum of 25 characters |
| Suggested Reply | When a user taps a suggested reply, your agent receives an event that contains the reply's text and postback data. Suggested replies have a maximum of 25 characters |
| Dial a number | The Dial action guides the user to dial a phone number that your agent specifies. Phone numbers need to include a leading +, the country code, and the area code but shouldn't include separators. For example, +14155555555 |
| Suggestion chip list | The chips in the list are suggested replies and suggested actions.Chip lists contain a maximum of 11 suggestion chips, and each chip label can have a maximum of 25 characters |
| Rich Cards | Rich cards can contain the following items: - Image/video - Title text - Description text - A list of suggested replies and suggested actions (maximum 4) - The maximum size of a rich card payload is 250 KB |
| Vertical Rich Cards | Horizontal media has a 2:1 ratio, the optimal resolution for the media is 1440x720 px with a maximum recommended file size of 2 MB for images and 10 MB for video |
| Media Thumbnail | The optimal resolution for the media's thumbnail is 770x335 px with a recommended file size of 40 kB and a recommended maximum size of 100 kB |
| Horizontal Rich Cards | Vertical media should have an aspect ratio of 3:4 ratio, the optimal resolution for the media is 768x1024 px with a maximum recommended file size of 2 MB for images and 10 MB for video |
| Media Thumbnail | The optimal resolution for the media's thumbnail is 250x330 px with a recommended file size of 40 kB and a recommended maximum size of 100 kB |
| Carousels | It may contain a minimum of two and a maximum of ten rich cards Horizontal media in carousels: It should have an aspect ratio of 4:3.When the media has a 4:3 aspect ratio, the optimal resolution for the media is 960x720 px with a maximum file size of 1 MB for images and 5 MB for video Media Thumbnail: The optimal resolution for the media's thumbnail is 605x452 px with a recommended file size of 40 kB and a recommended maximum size of 100 kB |
