App Overview
Connect your Gupshup RCS account to Oracle Responsys to send text, rich card, and carousel campaigns to your leads and contacts from Program Designer.
Configure your Gupshup RCS (Enterprise / HSM) account in Oracle Responsys. Use approved templates and map Responsys profile fields to personalize each message, or compose free-form RCS content when your account and use case allow it.
Features
- Manage RCS sending in Program Designer. Configure RCS messages inside Oracle Responsys without switching to another tool.
- Automate personalized campaigns. Run marketing and service campaigns using approved templates with mapped profile data. Use the free-form message builder where non-template sends are supported.
- Configure multiple RCS channels. Add more than one RCS channel (HSM account) and select the channel for each program from the same Responsys app.
- Send rich media. Send text, rich cards, and carousels with images, video, and PDF media, plus suggested replies.
Setup
Complete these steps in order:

| 2. Channel configuration | Connect your HSM Account ID and password, and give the channel a name you can select in Program Designer. |
| 3. Send message via campaign | Configure a template or free-form message in Program Designer, map profile fields, and run your program. |
Free-form messaging is available only when your account and platform rules allow non-template sends. Use approved templates when those rules require them.
